I had the privilege of participating in the inaugural cohort selected for the Artist-In-Residence program a The Hive™, Spokane Public Library's non-traditional space that provides studios to artists and access to arts education to Spokane's community.
The space and time in the program allowed me to explore larger scale and different materials for my current series of paintings, kəˈnekt, as well as enjoy the collaboration and creative energy shared among artists working in common spaces.
